Terms

• ApplySift scores the file you upload and returns the result. It is an aid to screening, not a decision. You remain responsible for how you treat each applicant and for complying with the employment and data-protection laws that apply to you.
• The signals are heuristics. A flagged row can be a real person; an unflagged row can be fraudulent. ApplySift makes no warranty about any individual result.
• You may only upload data you are entitled to process. Do not upload a file to screen people on behalf of a third party without their authority.
• A purchase covers the scored file for one upload. Refunds within 14 days if the file did not download or was unusable: hello@applysift.com.
• Payments are processed by Polar, which is the merchant of record for your purchase.
