Find the fake applicants in your ATS export
Upload the applicant CSV your ATS already exports. In seconds you see how many use a VOIP wholesaler number, share a phone or mailbox with another applicant, or apply from a throwaway address. The scored file gives every row a tier and a reason.

What gets flagged
- VOIP wholesaler numbersNumbers whose block belongs to Bandwidth, Onvoy, Telnyx, Twilio and the other carriers that provision numbers by API. Real applicants almost never give one. Checked against the public NANPA records.
- Shared phones and mailboxesThe same number, or the same Gmail mailbox with dots and plus tags removed, on more than one application. Rows are linked to each other in the file.
- Throwaway and fresh-account emailDisposable domains, and the providers where a new account takes a minute.
- Addresses that look generatedFive or more digits in the local part, or no trace of the applicant's name.
- One name, many mailboxesThe same first and last name applying under several addresses.
- BurstsAn hour holding ten times the posting's usual rate. On its own this is noise, so it only raises rows that already have a reason.
Every row gets a tier, Clear, Review or Likely fraud, and the reasons in plain words. ApplySift never rejects anyone; it tells you where to look first. Every signal, its weight and the reasoning.
